Day 1: ENTEBBE – KAMPALA
Our representative will pick you from the airport upon arrival. After meet and greet, have a detailed brief on your 14-day gorilla tour Uganda.

Day 3: MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

Day 5: KIBALE FOREST – QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

Day 6: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Start the 14-day gorilla tour Uganda morning with an early breakfast. Set out into the rolling savannah plains of Queen Elizabeth for a game drive. You will head to the Kasenyi area famous for abundant wildlife activities.
Expect encounters of Lions, Leopards, Elephants and antelopes. You may also see leopards, side stripped jackal, the spotted hyena and some of the 600 bird species here.
Retreat to your Queen Elizabeth safari accommodation for relaxation and lunch. In the afternoon drive down the Mweya Jetty in time for the afternoon boat cruise. Day 7: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast head to Kyambura gorge to catch up with the chimpanzee trekking. This will be at 0800 hrs and starts with briefing.
You will hike through the 100 m deep gorge covered with lush mature tropical forest. Get an hour of full direct encounter with the chimpanzees. Return back to your Queen Elizabeth National Park accommodation in time for lunch.
In the afternoon, you embark on the forest hike in the Maramagambo. You will explore the amazing forest landscapes with lush flora, fauna and birds. The forest trail exposes you to the Crater Lake fields and also to the Bat cave.
Here you find thousands of bats hanging upside down in their natural habitat. Get back to your lodge in time for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: QUEEN ELIZABETH – BWINDI NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy your breakfast to kick off your 14-day gorilla tour Uganda day. This will be followed by checkout and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
The drive goes through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth NP named Ishasha. Here you will be looking for the famous tree climbing lions along with other wild game.

Day 9: MOUNTAIN GORILLA TREKKING IN UGANDA
The day is here and start it with an early breakfast. A transfer to the park HQ will be in time for a briefing. Your 14-day gorilla tour Uganda then gets into the forest. It is time for the long-awaited adventure of Gorilla tracking in the Bwindi. Gorilla tracking is unpredictable and difficult to estimate how long you may take.

One hour with gorillas allows you to gain direct views of these ancient apes. You will have to maintain a seven-meter distance.

Day 10: BWINDI – LAKE BUNYONYI
After breakfast, embark on the transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. You will drive through fascinating Kigezi Highlands. Here locals apply terracing method to cultivate their slopes. This creates an impressive scenic landscape worth of viewing and photographing.
Upon arrival at Lake Bunyonyi, you embark on the Island-hopping experience. You will explore the Bucuranuka (Upside down) Island. It is believed to have buried people alive. This is after they refused to offer local brew to an old woman. She went ahead and cursed the Island which turned upside down burying its inhabitants.
You will also visit the Akampane (Punishment) Island. Here the girls with unwanted premarital pregnancies would be dumped. They were left to die of hunger or drown as they as try to swim back the main land.
There is also Bushara, Kyahugye and Njuyera Islands which can also be visited. The hopping experience exposes you to the local life of the Islanders. You will have your meals and overnight at Birdnest @Lake Bunyonyi Resort.
Day 11: LAKE BUNYONYI – LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK

You will hike to the top of Kazuma hull to gain views of the park and lakes below. You retreat from the activity and embark on 240km about 3 – 4-hour transfer to Kampala.
Make a stop at the Equator for impressive photo shoots. You may also buy memorabilia at any of the gift shops to commemorate your visit to Uganda. Continue to arrive in Kampala in the evening for relaxation. Dinner and overnight will be at Cassia Lodge.
Day 13: KAMPALA CITY TOUR
This is a day dedicated to Kampala city. On this 14-day gorilla tour Uganda day, you will get to know Kampala. After your breakfast, take a trip to Uganda’s capital city.
This starts at 0830 hrs exploring sites of cultural sites. You will also have time for sites of historical, religious, political and educational significance. Visit the Bahai temple – the biggest and only religious temple building of its kind in Africa.
