7 Day Cheap Rwanda Gorilla Holiday Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Kigali
You will be met upon arrival at the Kigali Airport. With the introductions done, enjoy a short transfer to Kigali city. It is here that you will be briefed on the cheap Rwanda gorilla holiday.
Spend the rest of the day at leisure in Kigali city. This is one of the cleanest of Africa’s cities. You can enjoy your day with a walk within the city. You will spend your night at Chez Lando Hotel. This is booked on bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2: Kigali-Nyungwe Forest National Park

The drive goes through Nyanza. Here you will have a stop to visit the historical Nyanza Kingdom. You will get to understand the history of Rwanda from here. Proceed to Butare where you will stop for lunch. A visit to Marambi Genocide Center will help you understand what happened in Rwanda.

About Nyungwe National Park
Nyungwe forest has a wide diversity of animal species. This makes Nyungwe Forest a priority for conservation in Africa. The forest is in a region. It is where several large-scale bio-geographical zones meet. This provides a great span of micro-habitats for different species of plants and animals.
Nyungwe National Park contains 13 different primate species. There are over 300 bird species and 1068 plant species. We also have 85 mammal species, 32 amphibian and 38 reptile species here.
The forest reaches an altitude of up to 3000m above sea level. Of particular interest is the presence of colonies of chimpanzees. We also have the Angola colobus, which is now extinct in Angola due to hunting.
There is a population of around 400 chimpanzees. 2 troops of these are habituated to human contact.

Day 4: Nyungwe- Parc Nationale Des Volcanoes

Day 5: Rwanda Gorilla Trekking
