Day 1: KAMPALA – QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
You will be met for by our Uganda safari rep. He will brief you on this 5 Days Uganda Luxury Safari Tour. Enjoy a short transfer to Entebbe in time for the 0700hrs flight to Kasese.
Here you will be met by our Uganda safari driver guide. Embark on a morning game drive at the Kisenyi area. You will be looking for lions, Ugandan kobs, leopard etc.
Later proceed to your accommodation in Queen Elizabeth National Park for check in and lunch. After lunch proceed for an evening game drive where you will also see the crater Lakes. Return back for dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day 2: QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast we’ll go for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Expect to see the famous Big Five; Elephant, Buffalos, Lions, Bush bucks, Kobs, Giant forest hog, Hyenas and Waterbucks.
In the afternoon we’ll take a launch cruise along the amazing Kazinga channel. Here you will appreciate the scores of Hippos, Buffalos, and Crocodiles close to the waterside as well as the rare Leopard prowling.
There is a variety of bird species especially the famous Shoebill, pelican and Jacana. Dinner and overnight will be at Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day 3: QUEEN ELIZABETH – KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
Wake up to an early breakfast at your Queen Elizabeth safari lodge. With game drive on the 5 Days Uganda luxury safari tour you will depart. You will drive to Kibale Forest National Park.
You will arrive in time for lunch at your Kibale forest accommodation. Afternoon will be spent exploring the Bigodi conservation area. This swampy area is popular for birding. Return to your Primate Lodge in time for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
This day of your 5 Days Uganda Luxury Safari Tour starts with breakfast. This will be followed by a walk to the Kibale Forest National Park headquarters. You will receive a briefing on the day’s activity that is chimp trek.
Kibale Forest National Park is reputed to have the greatest variety and highest concentration of primates. This is not only in East Africa but in the continent with over 13 species recorded.
Enjoy a guided nature walk in the tropical rainforest in search of the wild chimpanzees. You should also lookout for red-tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys and many others.
After lunch you will explore the Crater Lake region, which has many crater lakes. Later, sit back and relax as you let a traditional dancing group entertain you. All your meals, dinner and overnight will be at Primate Lodge.
Day 5: KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK- KAMPALA
Wake up to the chirping of birds as you prepare for breakfast. After checking out of your lodge, it is time for a leisure drive to Kasese. You will have an early lunch here before you are taken to the airstrip. This will be in time for the 1455hrs flight to Entebbe. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel.
